Best Casinos to Play Online Craps for Real Money
Craps rewards patience, but slow cashouts and bonus terms that exclude dice games can drain a bankroll before you roll. We deposited real money at 15 offshore online craps casinos open to players in the USA, timed crypto withdrawals, and checked licenses and 24/7 support response. Below you'll find the best online craps sites we ranked, with table formats, the lowest bets we placed and real payout times side by side.
Our Top-Rated Craps Sites Reviewed
The five reviews below explain how our top online craps casinos performed once we deposited, rolled the dice and requested a withdrawal. Each uses the same spec table, and a side-by-side results table follows the reviews.
1. Ignition - Overall Best Casino for Craps

| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Craps Tested | RNG craps, $5 Pass Line with 2x odds |
| Payout Speed | 14 hours in our Bitcoin test |
| Game Count | 300+ games, RNG craps |
| Welcome Bonus | 300% up to $3,000, 25x, $20 min |
| License | Anjouan |
Its 25x rollover is the lightest of any deposit match in our top five, half the 50x at All Star Slots. Pair that with a Bitcoin cashout that cleared in 14 hours and round-the-clock chat, and it covers the three things cautious craps players ask about first. We deposited $100 in Bitcoin from a Windows laptop on a Tuesday evening and played 90 minutes of RNG craps at $5 on the Pass Line with 2x odds.
The table loaded in about three seconds, chips snapped cleanly onto the layout, and the repeat-bet button kept long sessions tidy. Live chat answered a 2 a.m. question about bonus contribution in under three minutes.
Our $180 Bitcoin withdrawal was approved in 6 hours and arrived in 14, ahead of the 26 hours BetOnline took for the same test. There's no live dealer craps table here: the live lobby runs blackjack, roulette and baccarat. Ignition suits Pass Line bettors who want light wagering and quick crypto cashouts; skip it if you need a streamed dealer.
Pros:
- Bitcoin cashout arrived in 14 hours
- 25x rollover, lowest match in top five
- Craps table loaded in about 3 seconds
- 24/7 chat replied under three minutes
- $20 minimum deposit
Cons:
- No live dealer craps table
- Craps counts little toward bonus rollover
2. BetOnline - Top Pick for $2 Craps

| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Craps Tested | RNG craps, $2 Pass Line with 3x odds on mobile |
| Payout Speed | 26 hours in our Litecoin test |
| Game Count | 1,000+ games, RNG craps |
| Welcome Bonus | 100 free spins, no wagering, $10 min |
| License | Panama |
A $2 craps minimum on mobile and a cashier with more than a dozen cryptocurrencies make this the most flexible bankroll option on our list. Its welcome offer is 100 spins with no wagering, unlike the 25x match at Ignition. We funded the account with $50 in Litecoin on a Samsung Galaxy phone over Wi-Fi and played RNG craps at $2 Pass Line plus 3x odds for an hour.
Its lobby of 1,000+ games is the deepest of the offshore casino sites we tested, though the craps table sits three menus down. The 100 wager-free spins returned $18, which we moved straight to the dice table.
Our $120 Litecoin withdrawal took 26 hours, slower than Ignition's 14 but inside the posted window. Email support replied in 40 minutes, chat in four. BetOnline suits low-stakes players who bank in crypto; skip it if you want the simplest cashier on this list.
Pros:
- $2 craps minimum on mobile
- More than a dozen crypto options
- 1,000+ game lobby
- 24/7 chat replied in four minutes
Cons:
- Craps table buried three menus deep
- Cluttered cashier screens on phones
3. All Star Slots - Ideal for $1 Craps Bets

| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Craps Tested | RTG Craps, $1 Pass Line with 2x odds |
| Payout Speed | 41 hours in our Bitcoin test |
| Game Count | 250+ RealTime Gaming titles |
| Welcome Bonus | 450% up to $4,500 + 10 FS, 50x, $35 min |
| License | Anjouan |
The 450% match to $4,500 is the largest percentage in our top five, and the RealTime Gaming craps table accepts $1 bets, the lowest entry point we found. The trade-off is a slower cashier than Ignition or Super Slots.
We deposited the $35 minimum in Bitcoin from a MacBook on a Saturday afternoon and played RTG Craps at $1 Pass Line with 2x odds for 75 minutes. The table is basic but readable, and a bet history panel logs every roll. Compared with the other online casinos for real money we reviewed, the bonus terms page is unusually clear about which table games count toward rollover.
Our $95 Bitcoin withdrawal needed 41 hours, the slowest of the five, and a document check added half a day. Live chat answered in five minutes. All Star Slots suits small-bankroll players chasing a large match; skip it if you want your cash back within a day.
Pros:
- $1 craps minimum, lowest we found
- Roll-by-roll bet history panel
- Clear restricted games list in terms
- Live chat answered in five minutes
Cons:
- $35 minimum deposit, highest in top five
- Bitcoin payout took 41 hours
4. Super Slots - Great for $500 Craps Rolls

| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Craps Tested | RNG craps, $25 to $500 per roll |
| Payout Speed | 18 hours in our Bitcoin test |
| Game Count | 400+ games, live dealer lobby |
| Welcome Bonus | 300 free spins, no wagering, $10 min |
| License | Curaçao |
High-limit craps is the draw: we raised Pass Line bets to $500 without hitting a table cap, and the 300 wager-free spins mean no rollover stands between you and a withdrawal. That pairing is rare among the brands we ranked. We deposited $300 in Bitcoin on a desktop on a Thursday night and played RNG craps at $25 to $500 per roll for 45 minutes, mixing Come bets with 2x odds.
The layout handled stacked bets without lag. The live dealer lobby offered blackjack and roulette for breaks, but no craps table. The 300 spins paid $41 with nothing to clear, and our $350 Bitcoin cashout landed in 18 hours, between Ignition's 14 and BetOnline's 26.
Chat replied in four minutes at 11 p.m. Super Slots suits higher-stakes bettors who want room to press their bets; skip it if you play $1 rolls, since All Star Slots serves that budget better.
Pros:
- $500 rolls accepted without a cap
- Bitcoin cashout arrived in 18 hours
- 300 spins paid $41, nothing to clear
- Late-night chat replied in four minutes
Cons:
- Free spins locked to selected slots
- Dated desktop interface
5. Slots.lv - Top Mobile Craps, 20-Hour Cashouts

| Feature | Details |
|---|---|
| Craps Tested | RNG craps, $5 Pass Line with Field bets on iPhone |
| Payout Speed | 20 hours in our Bitcoin test |
| Game Count | 300+ games, RNG craps |
| Welcome Bonus | 200% up to $3,000 + 30 FS, 35x, $20 min |
| License | Curaçao |
This is the craps table we preferred on a phone: the RNG layout rescales cleanly in portrait mode, and our Bitcoin withdrawal cleared in under a day. The lobby also runs Hot Drop Jackpots across its 300+ games. We played on an iPhone 14 in Safari over 5G, depositing $60 in Bitcoin and betting $5 Pass Line with Field bets mixed in for an hour.
The dice buttons are large enough to tap without misfires, something BetOnline's mobile table lacks, and the site stayed stable on a weak signal. A $110 Bitcoin withdrawal arrived in 20 hours.
Card deposits cost us a 5.9% fee, so crypto is the practical route. Chat answered in two minutes. Slots.lv suits players who roll mostly on mobile; skip it if you rely on Visa or Mastercard, because the fees eat into the value of low house-edge bets.
Pros:
- Cleanest portrait craps layout we tested
- Bitcoin cashout arrived in 20 hours
- Stable play on weak 5G signal
- Chat answered in two minutes
Cons:
- 5.9% fee on card deposits
- No live dealer craps table
Top 5 Craps Casino Sites Compared
These are the numbers from our own sessions at offshore sites open to US players, not the casinos' posted figures. Payout times run from withdrawal request to funds in our wallet. Bets ran from $1 Pass Line wagers at All Star Slots to $500 rolls at Super Slots, and every live chat answered within five minutes.
| Brand | Rollover | Crypto Payout |
|---|---|---|
| Ignition | 25x | 14 hours (BTC) |
| BetOnline | None (wager-free spins) | 26 hours (LTC) |
| All Star Slots | 50x | 41 hours (BTC) |
| Super Slots | None (wager-free spins) | 18 hours (BTC) |
| Slots.lv | 35x | 20 hours (BTC) |
None of the five carried a live dealer craps table during our tests, so the format comparison below is worth reading before you pick a site.
Live Dealer vs RNG Craps
The Pass Line return barely changes between formats, but pace, stake range and demo access do. Here's how the three table types compare before you fund an account.
RNG Craps
RNG craps returns about 98.6% on the Pass Line, and it was the fastest format we tested. Ignition, BetOnline, All Star Slots and Slots.lv all list 98.59% on their RNG tables, and each roll resolves in a few seconds. All Star Slots runs RealTime Gaming's Craps, the same software family behind the tables at Slots of Vegas and Slotsroom. Minimums start low, with $1 at All Star Slots and $2 on BetOnline mobile, and most RNG tables offer a free demo so you can learn the layout before you deposit.
Live Dealer Craps
Live dealer craps keeps the same Pass Line math but runs much slower, because a real dealer handles each roll on a video stream and chips must be down inside a betting timer, often 15 to 20 seconds. A chat window brings back the social side of a casino table. It's also the hardest format to find offshore. None of our top five carried a live craps table, and when we checked Ignition's live lobby again in October 2026 it listed blackjack, roulette and baccarat only. In the USA, streamed craps mostly runs on state-licensed apps using Evolution's studio tables. There's no demo for live play.
First-person Craps
First-person craps shows RNG results in a 3D studio render, so rounds move faster than live play with the same core odds. Some operators label these tables as exclusive variants with extra side bets, and those side bets carry a higher house edge than the Pass Line. Demo play is common, though not offered everywhere.
Online vs. Land-Based Craps
The rules and the Pass Line math are the same online and on a casino floor. Stakes, pace and what surrounds the table are what differ.
Minimum bets. Online tables start far lower. We placed $1 Pass Line bets at All Star Slots and $2 bets on BetOnline mobile, while double-digit minimums are common at busy land-based tables.
Pace. On an RNG table you press Roll when you’re ready, so there are no payouts to wait for and no other shooters. That speed is convenient, but it also means more rolls per hour, and the house edge applies to every one of them.
Atmosphere. A crowded craps table is one of the loudest, most social spots in any casino. RNG craps is a solo game, and live dealer chat only partly fills the gap.
Side bets and odds. Land-based tables are more likely to carry side bets such as the Fire Bet, and many allow higher odds multiples. In our tests we played 2x odds at Ignition and 3x at BetOnline.
Rewards. Casino comps depend on a pit boss rating your play. Online loyalty programs track every wager automatically, though bonus terms often count craps at only 5 to 20% toward rollover.
| Pros of online craps | Cons of online craps |
|---|---|
| Minimums from $1 at the tables we tested | No live dealer craps at our top five offshore picks |
| You control the pace and can stop at any time | Faster play means more rolls, so the house edge adds up quicker |
| Free demo mode on most RNG tables | Bonuses count craps for little toward rollover |
| Bet history panels make tracking easy | Little of the social energy of a real table |
Craps Bets and House Edge
House edge is the share of every dollar wagered that the casino expects to keep over the long run. A 1.41% edge means that, across thousands of rolls, $100 in Pass Line bets returns about $98.59 on average. It doesn't predict a single session, but it does set the price of each bet, and in craps that price runs from zero to more than 16%. Every RNG table we tested showed the same Pass Line return, so the bets you choose matter more than the site you play at.
| Bet Type | House Edge / Payout | What It Does |
|---|---|---|
| Odds bet | 0% / true odds (2:1, 3:2, 6:5) | Backs a line bet after the point is set |
| Don't Pass / Don't Come | 1.36% / 1:1 | Bets against the shooter |
| Pass / Come | 1.41% / 1:1 | Bets with the shooter |
| Place 6/8 | 1.52% / 7:6 | Wins if 6 or 8 rolls before 7 |
| Place 5/9 | 4% / 7:5 | Wins if 5 or 9 rolls before 7 |
| Field | 5.56% / 1:1, 2:1 on 2 and 12 | One roll bet on 2, 3, 4, 9, 10, 11 or 12 |
| Place 4/10 | 6.67% / 9:5 | Wins if 4 or 10 rolls before 7 |
| Big 6/8 | 9.09% / 1:1 | Same as Place 6/8 at a worse price |
| Hardways | 9.09 to 11.1% / 7:1 or 9:1 | Pair must roll before 7 or the easy way |
| Any 7 | 16.67% / 4:1 | One roll bet on any 7 |
Lowest-edge Betting Approach
Our recommendation is plain: build every session around a line bet with odds behind it. The habits below keep your average cost under 1.5% per bet.
- Pass Line plus max odds. Put the smallest allowed amount on the line and the largest you can afford in Odds.
- Add Place 6 and 8 only. If you want more action, these two numbers cost little extra.
- Skip the center of the table. Hardways, Any 7 and Big 6/8 drain a bankroll fast, and their large payouts are how they hide their price.
- Use low table minimums. All Star Slots offered a $1 minimum and BetOnline a $2 mobile minimum in our tests, which lets small bankrolls last longer.
- Split your bankroll into sessions. Decide the session budget before the first roll and stop when it's gone.
Craps Variants and Side Bets
Most online tables run standard craps, but a few variants and side bets change the math. Before you play any version, check its paytable, because the only thing that matters is what each bet costs.
| Variant or bet | What changes | Effect on your cost |
|---|---|---|
| Standard craps | Traditional rules and layout | Pass Line at 1.41%, the baseline |
| Crapless craps | 2, 3, 11 and 12 become points instead of instant wins or losses | Pass Line rises to about 5.38% |
| Themed craps | Branded presentation, such as Andrew Dice Clay Craps or Craps the Matrix on state apps | Core bets usually unchanged, so check the paytable |
| Fire Bet | Pays when the shooter hits several different points before a seven-out | Edge often above 20%, depending on paytable |
| All Small / All Tall / Make ’Em All | Pays when every small (2–6) or tall (8–12) number rolls before a 7 | Edge well above any line bet |
Crapless craps looks generous because you can no longer lose on a come-out 2, 3 or 12. The price is that you also lose the instant win on 11, and that trade roughly quadruples the Pass Line edge.
The offshore sites in our top five stick to standard RNG craps. All Star Slots runs RealTime Gaming’s Craps, and we didn’t find Fire Bet or All Small/All Tall at any of our five picks. If a table offers side bets, treat them like proposition bets: small stakes, occasional use and never the core of a session.
How Craps Works
A craps round looks busy, but it follows five fixed steps. Once you know them, the table stops feeling like a puzzle and starts to read like a simple loop.
1. Place a line bet. Before the first roll, put chips on the Pass Line to bet with the shooter, or on Don't Pass to bet against. Both pay even money.
2. Make the come-out roll. The first roll of a round is called the come-out. A 7 or 11 wins Pass Line bets right away. A 2, 3 or 12 is "craps," so Pass Line bets lose. Don't Pass wins on 2 or 3 and pushes on 12.
3. Establish the point. Any other total (4, 5, 6, 8, 9 or 10) becomes the point. The dealer or the software marks it with an "On" puck. Your line bet now stays in play until the round ends.
4. Keep rolling until the point or a 7 comes. Only two totals matter for the line bet now: the point and the 7. Every other number is neutral for that bet, though side bets can still win or lose.
5. Resolve the round. If the point lands first, Pass Line bets win and the same shooter starts a new come-out. If a 7 lands first, that's a seven-out. Pass Line bets lose, Don't Pass wins, and the dice move on.
The seven-out is the rule beginners misread most. A 7 is the best roll on the come-out but the worst one after a point is set: 7 wins first, 7 loses later.
On RNG tables you're always the shooter, a Roll button starts each throw, and there's no timer. Ignition's repeat-bet button and the roll-by-roll history panel at All Star Slots both make it easier to track the point. Run 50 or 100 demo rounds where the lobby offers them, then start at the table minimum.
Come and Don’t Come Bets
A Come bet works like a fresh Pass Line bet, placed after the point is already set. The next roll acts as its own come-out. A 7 or 11 wins it, and a 2, 3 or 12 loses it. Any other number becomes that bet’s “come point,” and it wins if that number rolls again before a 7. A Don’t Come bet is the reverse. It wins on 2 or 3, pushes on 12 and loses on 7 or 11. Once its number is set, it wins if a 7 lands first.
The costs are the same as the line bets: 1.41% on Come and 1.36% on Don’t Come. You can also add Odds behind both. Come bets let you keep several numbers working at once without paying the higher edge on Place bets like 5, 9, 4 and 10. On RNG tables, check whether Odds on Come bets are switched on or off during the come-out roll, since the default varies.
Proposition Bets
Proposition bets sit in the center of the layout, and most settle on the very next roll. They pay big because they rarely win, and they carry the highest house edges in the game.
| Bet | Wins on | Pays | House edge |
|---|---|---|---|
| Any 7 | Any 7 | 4:1 | 16.67% |
| Any Craps | 2, 3 or 12 | 7:1 | 11.11% |
| Yo (11) | 11 | 15:1 | 11.11% |
| Ace-Deuce (3) | 3 | 15:1 | 11.11% |
| Snake Eyes (2) / Boxcars (12) | 2 or 12 | 30:1 | 13.89% |
| Horn | 2, 3, 11 or 12, split four ways | Varies by number | 12.5% |
To put that in perspective, a $10 Any 7 bet costs about $1.67 on average, more than the expected cost of $100 in Pass Line bets at 1.41%. If you play props at all, keep them to the table minimum and treat them as an occasional extra.
Mobile Craps: What We Found on Phones
We played two of our top five on phones: BetOnline on a Samsung Galaxy over Wi-Fi and Slots.lv on an iPhone 14 in Safari over 5G. The craps table itself was the easy part. Finding it, tapping accurately and banking around it is where the two differed.
Layout and Touch Controls
Slots.lv had the cleanest phone layout we tested. The RNG table rescales in portrait mode, so the full betting grid stays readable without turning the phone, and the dice buttons are large enough to tap without misfires. BetOnline's mobile table works, but its smaller buttons need more care when you stack Odds behind a line bet.
Lobby, Cashier and Connection
BetOnline's $2 mobile minimum is the lowest phone stake we found, but the craps table sits three menus down and the cashier screens feel cluttered on a small display. Slots.lv stayed stable on a weak 5G signal through an hour of play.
- Check the mobile minimum first. Phone tables don't always match the desktop limits.
- Use the undo button. A misplaced chip on a small screen is easy to fix before the roll, not after.
- Bank on Wi-Fi when you can. Cashier pages are where a dropped connection costs the most time.
Where to Play Online Craps in the USA
Based on our October 2026 check of state casino lobbies, state-licensed online craps is offered in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut and Delaware, where BetRivers has streamed Evolution live craps since July 2024. Rhode Island licenses one online casino operator, but craps wasn't in its lobby. Maine has authorized online casinos, but none had launched. State apps require players to be 21 or older and inside state lines.
Sweepstakes casinos rarely carry craps, and the few we found offered one basic RNG table. The brands we review hold Anjouan, Curaçao or Panama licenses rather than a state license, so no state body handles disputes. We judge them on what we can measure: payout times, fees and how clearly the terms read.
Online Craps Bonuses
Our verdict is simple: for US craps players, the bonus that helps most is the one with the lightest wagering, not the biggest number. Below we compare the main bonus types and show how contribution rates change their real value.
| Bonus type | How it works | Usefulness for craps players |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit match | Casino adds a percentage of your deposit, tied to a rollover | Low. Craps counts for a small share of the rollover |
| No-deposit credits | Small free balance with no deposit needed | Low. Often excludes table games and caps winnings |
| Loss refund | A share of net losses returned, sometimes with light wagering | Medium. Softens a cold run at the table |
| Reload | A smaller match on later deposits | Low to medium. Same contribution problem as the welcome match |
| Wager-free spins | Spin winnings land as cash you can use anywhere | High. Winnings can go straight to the craps table |
| Free spins (slot-only) | Spins with wagered winnings, locked to set slots | Very low. No direct link to craps |
The headline figures in our lineup show why the type matters more than the size. All Star Slots offers 450% up to $4,500 with 50x wagering. Ignition offers a smaller 300% up to $3,000 at 25x. On paper the first looks bigger, but for a craps player the second is easier to clear.
Wagering Requirements and Craps Contribution
Craps usually contributes only 5 to 20% toward wagering. Casinos set it low because the Pass Line carries a house edge of about 1.41%, which gives the casino little margin. A slot often counts at 100%, so a dollar there clears ten times more rollover than a dollar on craps at 10%.
Here's a worked example. Say you take a $100 bonus with a 30x rollover. That means $3,000 in qualifying bets. At 10% craps contribution, each $1 bet counts as $0.10, so you would need $30,000 in craps action to clear it. At a 1.41% house edge, $30,000 in Pass Line bets has an expected cost of about $423, more than four times the $100 bonus. Clearing a match bonus through craps alone tends to lose money on average.
Wager-free spins offer a cleaner route. BetOnline gives 100 free spins with no wagering, and Super Slots gives 300. The spins themselves run on slots, and at Super Slots they're locked to selected titles, but once paid the winnings sit in your cash balance with no rollover attached.
Sometimes the best choice is to skip the bonus. If you plan to play mostly craps, an active match can block withdrawals until the rollover is done, while a clean balance stays free to cash out at any time.
- Use wager-free spin winnings at the craps tables. At BetOnline or Super Slots, move spin winnings to craps once they land as cash.
- Read the restricted games list. Some terms exclude craps entirely. All Star Slots lists its restricted games clearly, which made checking easy in our review.
- Don't bet both sides to clear rollover. Covering Pass and Don't Pass at once cancels out your risk, and bonus terms commonly treat it as irregular play that can void the bonus.
- Consider playing without a bonus. If craps is your main game, a clean balance often beats a large match you can't realistically clear.
Banking and Payouts at USA Craps Sites
Crypto was the withdrawal route we timed at every site, and it's the one we'd use for craps. Cards work for deposits, but their fees cut straight into a game with a low house edge.
| Method | Withdrawals | What We Found |
|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin | All five top picks | 14 to 41 hours from request to arrival |
| Litecoin and other coins | Yes | More than a dozen coins at BetOnline; our Litecoin cashout there took 26 hours |
| Visa / Mastercard | Not timed | 5.9% deposit fee at Slots.lv; fees at Ignition too |
Why Card Fees Matter at the Craps Table
A 5.9% fee on a $100 card deposit costs $5.90 before you roll. The expected cost of $100 in Pass Line bets is about $1.41, so the fee is roughly four times the house edge on that same money. On a game this cheap to play, the deposit method can cost more than the bets.
Getting Your First Withdrawal Faster
Approval and arrival are separate steps. Ignition approved our withdrawal in 6 hours and the Bitcoin arrived 8 hours later, while a first-time document check added half a day at All Star Slots. Complete verification before your first cashout, and use the same method for deposits and withdrawals to avoid extra checks.
How We Tested and Ranked Each Craps Site
Our team opened accounts at all 15 brands, deposited our own money, played craps on desktop and mobile, and requested at least one withdrawal from each before scoring anything. The five full reviews above publish those results in detail; the remaining brands' results fed into their ratings.
- Licensing and transparency. We recorded each license, checked that the terms named the operating company, and noted how clearly restricted games and withdrawal limits were disclosed. Vague bonus pages or missing company details cost a site places.
- Payout speed. We timed withdrawals from request to arrival, using Bitcoin or Litecoin wherever possible, and logged approval delays, document checks and card deposit fees separately.
- Craps table quality. We played at least 60 minutes at each site, checking minimums and maximums, odds multiples, bet history and phone layouts. Pass Line RTP is standard, so limits and usability decided the ranking.
- Bonus fit for craps. We read every restricted games list and favored offers craps players can actually use, such as wager-free spins. Lower rollover multiples scored above 50x and 60x offers.
- Support and banking. We timed first live chat replies at different hours, including after midnight, and checked whether Visa, Mastercard, Bitcoin and Litecoin worked for both deposits and withdrawals.
Is Online Craps Fair? RNG Testing at Offshore Sites
A fair craps game doesn’t remove the house edge. It means the dice behave like real dice, so every total comes up at its true probability. On RNG tables, that depends on the random number generator and on whether anyone independent checks it.
Testing labs such as iTech Labs, GLI and eCOGRA audit RNG software for randomness and confirm that games pay at their stated return. A seal that opens a dated certificate is worth more than a logo in the footer.
Every RNG craps table we tested listed the same 98.59% Pass Line return, which matches the standard 1.41% edge. A table showing a lower figure on standard line bets would be a red flag.
Licensing is the weak point. The brands we review hold offshore licenses rather than state licenses, so no state regulator checks their games or handles disputes. That’s why we put more weight on what we could verify ourselves: published RTPs, a named operating company in the terms, and withdrawals that actually arrived.
Live dealer craps works differently. Real dice are thrown in a studio on camera, so the fairness question is about the studio operator rather than the software. Before you deposit, check three things:
- An audit seal that opens a certificate. A logo on its own proves nothing.
- A published Pass Line return of 98.59%. Look for it in the game’s help or info panel.
- Terms that name the operating company. Vague terms make disputes harder.
Playing Craps Responsibly
Craps hides how much you have riding. A single roll can settle a Pass Line bet, the Odds behind it, two Place numbers and a proposition bet at once, so the total you staked only becomes clear after the dice land. Set your limits in the account settings before the first come-out roll:
- Wager limit. Caps the total amount you stake, which counts every chip on every roll. It's the closest match to how craps is played.
- Deposit limit. Caps how much you can add over a day, week or month.
- Loss limit. Caps net losses, including winnings you put back on the table.
- Time-out or self-exclusion. Locks the account for a set period or longer.
Our picks hold Anjouan, Curaçao or Panama licenses, so each operator sets these tools itself and they don't connect to state self-exclusion programs. If a site makes them hard to find, factor that in before you deposit.
Gambling involves risk. Only wager what you can afford to lose. You must be 21 or older to gamble. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-MY-RESET (1-800-697-3738), free and confidential, 24/7.
Online Craps FAQs
What's the Lowest Craps Bet I Can Place?
The lowest we found was $1 on the Pass Line at All Star Slots. BetOnline took $2 bets on mobile. Live dealer tables, where you can find them, usually set higher minimums than RNG tables.
Can I Play Online Craps for Free?
Often, yes. Most RNG craps tables have a demo mode, so you can run practice rounds before depositing. Not every lobby offers it, so check the game tile first. Live dealer craps has no demo.
Is Don't Pass Better Than the Pass Line?
Slightly, on the math. Don't Pass carries a 1.36% edge against 1.41% on the Pass Line. Both drop further once you add Odds, which pays true odds with no house edge.
Can I Play Online Craps for Real Money?
Yes. All five sites in our top five accept real-money craps from US players, and we deposited, played and withdrew at each one. They’re offshore and not state-licensed. State-licensed online craps is available in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut and Delaware for players 21 and older located inside those states.
What’s the Best Online Craps Site?
Ignition is our top pick. It has the lightest rollover in our top five at 25x, an RNG table that loaded in about three seconds, and the fastest Bitcoin payout we timed at 14 hours. For lower stakes, All Star Slots takes $1 bets, and for high-limit play, Super Slots accepted $500 rolls.
What’s the Difference Between RNG and Live Dealer Craps?
RNG craps uses software to roll the dice, so you control the pace and stakes start low, from $1 in our tests. Live dealer craps streams real dice from a studio with a betting timer and chat. It’s slower and has no demo. The Pass Line math is the same in both formats.
Our Verdict on Where to Roll
Ignition is our top pick for craps players in the USA. Its 25x rollover is the lightest of any deposit match in our top five, its RNG table loaded in about three seconds, and its Bitcoin withdrawal arrived in 14 hours, the fastest we timed.
The right site still depends on how you play. All Star Slots takes $1 Pass Line bets for small bankrolls, Super Slots accepted $500 rolls without a cap, Slots.lv had the cleanest layout on a phone, and BetOnline’s wager-free spins put cash on the craps table with no rollover attached.
Wherever you play, the bets you choose matter more than the site. Build each session around a line bet with Odds behind it, and skip the center of the table. Claim Ignition’s 300% match and place your first Pass Line bet.
Player safety note
Casino gambling is restricted to adults 21+. Real-money play means real-money losses are possible, and gambling can become addictive.
Keep it safe:
- Set a spending limit before playing.
- Never chase losses.
- Do not gamble with money needed for essentials.
