Liv.io is a survival game where you have to live against the odds. To start out, you'll be spawned in a random location on the map, just like everyone and everything else. Your stats are also random. You'll need resources by pressing or holding LMB if you'll want to survive for long, as the winter and summer have the potential to kill you when they roll around due to the temperatures. When you gather resources, the amount of resources you get will be random and if you stay to destroy the entire resource, you'll get a bonus. You'll also be getting intelligence. Intelligence is used to learn more and more crafting recipes, such as your first set of stone tools at 30 intelligence. It might sound like quite a bit, and it is if you punch one thing at a time. Here's a secret though, you don't have to. You can actually mine multiple things at once, gaining many more resources and intelligence at once, and you'll start to blast through the leaderboard. When your stone tools don't seem to be doing a whole lot anymore, it'll be time to move onto the next ore, copper. To use copper, you'll need a furnace to smelt it. While exploring the map, you'll likely find animals to which you can hunt and kill for food, and you can also make special items from their loot, such as a knife from wolf teeth, or boots from bear fur.
